What areas do you service?

Basically about a 50 or 60 mile radius from Moberly. However, if you have a large building or home we may travel further.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry $1,000,000 (one million) in Liability coverage and we also carry workman's comp. We will provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

Are you Bonded?

Yes, everyone in our company is bonded.

How long have you been in business?

Since April, 1983.

Are your technicians trained?

Absolutely. We use the most modern and up to date training available. Training of our technicians include video training and personal training in the use of chemicals and detergents. We also teach areas to be careful of such as inside your home or around plant and flower areas. We teach ladder safety, roof safety, and in many other areas that assure you that you will receive a safe, professional, and excellent job.

How much does exterior house washing cost?

Because size and height of houses vary it is difficult to give a general price. However we would be glad to give you an estimate of the cost before we begin.

How often should I have my house washed?

The short answer is however often is necessary to maintain a clean mold free look. This is determined by considering several factors. We ask ourselves several questions. First what is the area your house or building is in. Is your property exposed to elements that cause it to get dirty faster than normal (such as gravel roads)? What is the mold growth like in your area? The only true test of course is to monitor it after the cleaning. Some property owners elect to have their house washed once per year while others may need it twice.

How much does window cleaning cost?

There are many variables to determine the price of a window cleaning job. Some of the considerations are whether there are storm windows, double pane windows, french windows (windows that are divided and have the little squares), height of windows, how many stories, how long since the last cleaning, etc. Just contact us for an estimate and we will be happy to give you one.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Again this depends on several factors. Generally storm windows are cleaned once or twice per year. The modern type double pane windows are sometimes done more frequently. It is common for homeowners to have certain more important windows be cleaned on a monthly basis. Commercial windows may also vary. For storefronts, it may vary from every other week to monthly. Office buildings vary as well. It may be monthly, every other month, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly. An on site analysis is usually needed to make this determination.
